Whether you need weekly, monthly, or annual payroll solutions, we provide a hassle-free, expert approach—so you can focus on growing your business while we take care of the numbers.
How Payroll Services Work?
To get started, we’ll need the following information from you:
- Employee details
- Employment contracts and handbooks
- Mandatory contract information (PPS number, passport details, salary, working hours, job duties)
We ask that you keep us updated on any changes to employee information as they occur.
Monthly/Weekly Data Submission:
- Track employee working hours accurately.
- Submit salary data to us, ensuring compliance with the minimum wage (€13.50/hour in 2025).
- Provide either gross pay or net pay, and we’ll process the payroll accordingly.
Employee Payment Process:
- You pay salaries and wages directly to employees.
- Notify us of the payment date.
Revenue Commissioners:
- We will submit payroll information to the Revenue Commissioners.
- You can either handle tax payments directly or let us handle them on your behalf.
Record-Keeping and Reporting:
- We maintain detailed payroll records and provide regular reports.
- We recommend using QuickBooks integration to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
First-Time Salary Considerations:
- Employees must register in My Account to avoid tax overpayments.
- If not registered, excess taxes can be reclaimed through My Account or processed in subsequent payrolls.
