Every Irish company must have a registered office in the State. This is the official address on the public CRO register where correspondence from the Companies Registration Office and Revenue is served, and where certain statutory registers may be kept. It must be a real, physical address in the Republic of Ireland, not a PO box.
Non-resident founders cannot use a home address abroad as an Irish registered office, and a missed CRO letter can lead to late filings and enforcement. A professional registered office keeps your company contactable and your filing and compliance on track. If you later move the office, we file the Form B2 with the CRO within the statutory 14 day window.
